Aliens, we would have to be awfully self important and narrow minded to think that we (humans) could be the only "intelligent" beings in the entire universe.

Well...thinking logically....Science would state that it is more likely for Aliens to be around then ghost. It would be hard to believe that this universe is just for us.
Then again on the spiritual side of things, a ghost is just a soul that is trapped on this earth.Some religious don't believe in ghost since there's only heaven or hell. So in both sides...it would be more likely for there to be aliens then ghosts according to popular beliefs.

According to my belief system, we all have two aspects- a physical and a spiritual... when the physical part dies, and the spiritual doesn't go where it's supposed to, that's how we get ghosts. I think they're real, but they only have as much power over us as we give them, as much as we allow. Us living individuals, because we are still in posession of our physical bodies, are more powerful than they are, and if we have the right knowledge, we can prevent them from "haunting" us or our homes/lives.

Well, I've never seen either.......I would have to say the most likely to me would be aliens. After 25 years of being a paramedic, I've seen some people do so many stupid things...they can't be from this world.

i think ghosts would be more likely but many people agree that aliens exist maybe in another universe other than the milky way there alot of humans too! i just wanted to think the positive and i thought i just wanted them to be friendly!

Aliens. I mean think about it supposedly the universe is infinetly large. Thereby unless life here on earth was a completely unique occurence there must be life elsewhere on one of the billions upon billions of planets there must be in this universe.

thats a tough one, i think ghosts are better...
aliens can be blown up with explosives and shot with guns and burned to death.
ghosts cannot be blown up or shot. the bullet goes through them. the explosion goes through them. they cant burn, fire goes through them. aliens look cooler, but ghosts could definatly win a duel
