The Nokia 3230 is a budget smartphone. It has many features packed into it a megapixel camera, video recording of up to one hour, MP3 player, Bluetooth wireless games and fast internet access. It also features a compact design and is one of the lightest smartphones available and its priced to be popular. The 3230 isn't a great looker, except in a boxy retro kind of way, but it's got a sensible keypad and a nice-sized screen. There are a couple of extras such as the Visual Radio, Push to Talk and Tunes Studio (polyphonic ringtone composer).
However, the downside of the 3230 is that corners have been cut to make this phone fit the budget. The phone menu is very slow, audio quality is poor, and there seem to be bugs in the firmware. Before buying this phone, you should weigh up these factors.
I have read a few reviews and it seems to be averagely good with about a 3 out of 5 star rating. So not sure if this meets your expectations of cool but best to try to test the phone before buying it.

Nokia 3230 is good phone.
Check the reviews at various sites such as yourmobilereviews,pocket lint,cnet.
Dee had done a good research .
If you are looking for other options then
Samsung e900 , samsung d900 are better.

the nokia 3230 is a stable telephone, lots extra constructive than 6600. it continues to be that stable in basic terms whilst u take stable care of it, ie dont mishandle it and stuff it up wid purposes and so forth...if u making plans to purchase a 3230 i'd say that u shoul manage it with care...it hangs in basic terms whilst extra purposes are filled into it...
