If you are getting a signal, but not connecting, then something in the security of the wireless network is not letting you on. Start by running the Wireless Network Wizard in the Control Panel.

We will need to know the WEP (or WPA) password for the network to get on.

Also check that you have a valid IP address for that network. If your IP address is not set to a number in the range of that network, or if DHCP is not active so you are not getting an IP address, you will need to reset your IP to match the network's range.
