Without more information, we cant help any better than to say that you can reinstall whichever printer is not working anymore.
If you have a USB printer, be sure that you plug it into the same port on the printer as it was before. With my USB printer, there is a difference between the port on the front and the one in back. Even so, it seems like I have had to reinstall it a half dozen times even in the same port. Just delete your printer and set it up again.
