She's probably interested in speaking outside of the office. Could mean she likes you or she's just being nice. Based on experience of being given numbers I say she's interested in you.

If you are in the same department, maybe if she calls in sick she may want to contact you for some O.T. If in different departments, it may be that she might want to talk to you about work gossip outside of the job. I wouldn't take it anything deeper than that unless by fate it goes that way.
And even THAT you have to be careful.

Depends on the circumstances. However, I have the cel number of several female coworkers and I am simply friends with them.
Or, he could be cheating on you with them.

She probably just wants to be friends, because I'm assuming you're a woman, but if she wants more and you're not interested make sure you let her know right away because it's not right to lead anyone on.
