Best to move on as soon as possible.
Most jobs at 8 hours a day, 5 days per week. But if you are unhappy there - the negative feelings will follow you home and impact your social life. And the frustration can haunt you for years.
I worked for state gov for 30 years. Back in 1985-89, my division wanted people to leave. So the bosses competed to see who could run off the most employees. We went from 120 people down to 23 people withing 2 years. I was one of the 23 who survived.
A thing I did was to smile and act happy. They thought I was either crazy (better leave him alone) or stupid (we can get rid of him anytime).
My supervisor, Randy was a real jerk. He would sign contracts for us to do a job, but he would cut the estimated hours by 50%. Would tell us, if we were that slow - we should work nights & weekends for free to keep our jobs. Then he would go out and play golf while claiming to be working at a client.
One fellow employee, of 20+ years experience, even came in on a weekend and jumped out a 25th story window. Took a note with him that told the police to call his boss so he could identify the body.

I have found that keeping my cool and a smile on my face helps. Pisses off the jerk and you can sort of fool yourself into seeing the positive in the situation (temporarily). If you need your paycheck like most of us, I'd say find joy in looking for another job during every break you have. Get a zip disk and keep your updated resume in your pocket at all times.

Quit. Why waste your time at a job you hate and dread going to. I suggest you do something you enjoy and work for a good boss.

Seriously look for another job. If the situation at work is intolerable, pack it in, resign
