I've established a wireless connection, most likely from an area neighbor, but can't get online. It shows that I have been connected for over an hour with a strong signal. I have a home network that I cannot connect to even after entering our WEP #.

you need to see if you are getting an IP address.

go to START > RUN > type in cmd

then type in ipconfig /all

* this will verify if you are getting an actual IP address or not

regarding your home network, I would disable all security settings until you get connectivity to the Internet. once you have that then you can lock down the network with WEP
