it is not just some of the world.... it is world wide if.... you look closely there are those things everywhere the media of any country usually shows all the horror and bloodshed they can of other country's but little of their own.... we in the states do it constantly.... its all about other countries and how bad they are ...... greed and religion are the real main culprits because they both divide and are unhealthy to real people... for those who trumpet about god where is her or she now, or is this a god that loves all of the garbage that is being spewed in his or her name and all of the sick horrible things that are being done while this supposed all powerful being just sits around and watches reruns of Oprah.......whats up with that> oh I forgot were not worthy yet we haven't given enough money to a specific religion and gotten forgiveness from some self appointed prophet of this almighty being what a horrible crock there is one ideal to follow and one only treat others as you wish to be treated...... that would solve it all..and I don't have to pay for that advice or waste millions building these elaborate church's just to attract more donors get real and take it to the streets or leave it alone

i am sorry to say that all parts of the world suffer all of the above and more. even in the so called west there are rapist, thieves, murders, con men, etc. will mankind ever achieve utopia that we all thrive for ... not in our life time. personally, i believe that someone will release a virus or nuke the world before mankind evolves into a peaceful state.
