I had my first child about 5 weeks ago and have been bleeding ever since. I feel very lightheaded dizzy and week. When I had him I had to have a c-sction because he was to big for my pelvis so i was in labor for 19 hours until they decided to give me a c section. But I have a really heavy blood flow I have to change it at least once an hour. I have really bad pain cramps, Blood clots. Lots of pain.

I know this seems weird but it is normal. At least to some extent. It is normal to bleed for several weeks after having a baby. Especially after a c-section.
The cramping and pains are also normal to. On a light level. And it depends on what bad is to you.
Part of it is your body trying to get back to normal.
However whenever you have a concern do not hesitate to call your doctor and ask. That is what they are there for. And you would do it for your baby so do it for yourself!
I wouldnt rush out and do it however when your clinic opens tomorrow I would call. They might want to see you just in case.
But do not worry yet it doesnt sound too unusual to me so far!

I had a c-section as well and i bled for 6 weeks but nothing like you are describing.
I bled like that in the beginning of it all when i first had my child (the heavy flow/clots) but not when it was 5 weeks later so if i were you i would go to the er cause something could be wrong. You are so dizzy from blood loss. You should not be having to change your maxi pad every hour. Please for your own health and for your baby go to the er.

Merry Christmas

OK, you recieved some very good answers when you posted a 1/2 an hour ago, so what is your question. people told you if you have pain, dizziness, weakness, etc. that you should go to the doctor. what else do you want to hear? if you are having all those symptoms why did you not add that to your previous post? all you said is that you have bled for 5 weeks, which, by itself would be normal. go to the freaking doc.

You should get checked if you're concerned, but heavy bleeding and cramps and clots tend to last anywhere from 5-8 weeks without it being a cause for concern

Although most women are done with that at around 6 weeks.

I bled for the 6 weeks they said I would about a pad an hour , but the loss of blood will make you feel a little fatigued, you should call the Dr and talk him
it could be very serious and you could be hemorrhaging, but to rule that out I would definately talk to the dr

you go with for too get to a doctor or greater useful yet to a well being midsection ASAP!!!! i do no longer choose for to scare you yet as quickly as I had my miscarriage I had heavy bleeding and the cramping is in no way a reliable sign, yet in basic terms understand that that isn't time-honored, and you may get scientific interest appropriate now. good luck.
