Many people do that. Whenever James or Bryant comes to Detroit there are many people standing outside their hotel. There is only one hotel the players stay at here and it is in Birmingham just northwest of Detroit. So people tend to go there just to see them.

no the deal he has with his memorbilia company forbids him. If he does sighn it would be where there are no cameras around for him to get in trouble. Alot of nba players sighn when there leaving the arena in there cars I got whole nets team that way excluding Kidd and Carter but did get RJ

likely not. he is very tough to get anywhere you go. best place might be outside team hotel.
