Most glues need air or moisture to begin setting-up. The bottles when closed prevent air and moisture from reaching the glue, but over time, if you wait long enough, the glue will harden and stick to the container. You can try it just by getting a little glue on the outside of the container and wait - it will stick.

Leave the cap open and wait a few days. It will then. Glue drys when it's in contact with air.
