There is no flood at the north-south highway. Don't worry.
But just don't go to Segamat.

heh.. think about this before you buy the coach ticket.
i went singapore by train last week, and was supposed to sit train back to kl again few days back. but with the floods that happened in johor, all the trains was canceled. so we tried getting a coach the next day. on the journey back to kl, the driver was driving really recklessly and we met with an accident. it wasn't such a bad accident so no one got hurt. accept the passengers got shocked. cause most of us were sleeping at that time. after the accident, we were all stranded by the side of the road for about an hour, worse still, under the rain. after an hour, we were 'transported' to the nearest stop and then i was stranded there for another 3 hours. moreover, the stupid driver did not report the accident as he doesnt want his license to be ripped off him. and he didnt really act responsible for all the passengers. and.. gosh, whatever it is, some bus drivers are just totally HORRIBLE. so anyway, think twice about sitting a coach. =) oh btw, im not sure if we can get back our refund.

Depend on what you mean by safe..travelling to S'pore by bus is now very comfortable compare to 10 yrs ago. Well in a way it is more convenient when you reach S'pore..no more hassle and it's quite economical compare to air. Another way is by train and you don't have to worry of traffic jam. If you want to travel comfortably get the executive coach which cost slightly higher...enjoy your trip

it may nicely be fantastic to shuttle to KL. If there is any difficulty, it may were broadcasted on television or revealed on the newspaper, and excursion company would have end promoting the tickets.

yes, no problem.. NS Highway is not flooded.. even if it suddenly becomes so, don't worry.. because bus drivers will communicate among themselves via phones and etc and make necessary detourments (i experienced that when returning on 24th from kuantan).. have a great trip!

Yes, but with the flooding problem right now, maybe wait for another week. Personally, I won't take the risk now
