Ummm... that's how it IS for young people - you don't get to BE in control until you have earned & proven yourself through experience.
Sounds old-fashioned & it's less true for the very rich people but there it is. So this fellow who wrote that is kind of clueless about the human condition while trying to sound knowledgable, IMHPOV.
