How do you react when someone is staring at you?

I get real intense and stare back!

I usually get redfaced, I am extremely self conscious, unless I
have had a few drinks then I would ask them what they were
staring at. But if they were elderly or children or teens then I
would just smile at them. Sometimes I look really great but
when someone stares then I get shy or timid.

Stare back until someone blinks, or he comes over to say Hi

I will look at them back but not stare back. I don't think I need to stare back or do anything about that.

If they are staring at my face I'll be like what do I have something on my face. Or wipe my face or my jeans or wherever they are staring with my hand.

Or if I want to freak them out, I'll lick my lips and mouth "call me" lol
