I have some games that are beginning to show a lot of wear on them. I have been told that it is legal for me to make a back up copy of a playstation 2 game. How do I do this? What software/hardware do I need? Keep in mind that I don't have a lot of computer skills. Thanks.

I have included a link that show a number of different software options. I have used CloneCD and it is very easy to use. Good luck!

You can use a regular CD burner and burning software on you computer - the problem is that your playstation will have to be "modified" to play it. You can find info about it by googling for Mod Chip. Hope this helps...

First of all if you had a lot of computer skills then why dont you know how to do that. Second it is illegal no matter what people say. Third how hard would it be to go to the store and rebuy your stupid games. That would probably be copying all of them. Merry Chrsitmas.

look i lived in Costa Rica a 0.33 international u . s . a . and the sole place i be attentive to have been they make copies of video games. they're going to place a chip in ur PS2 for it to settle for replica video games... that's at any keep ... the way I see this is if u flow to any of this centralamerican worldwide locations like C.R Mexico or Panama, it somewhat is that if u r somewhat involved interior the copying of video games.or purchase the chip on line and deploy it ur self

Since you don't have a lot of computer skills I suggest that you just take the game and take a different CD (that's empty) and put it on your computer to rewrite it.Or you can put it in a burner.OK?

That's all I got I just know that because my friend does it.

p.s. GOOD LUCK!

You need to find a copy of game copy it is like dvd xcopy but for games. But from what I know they won't play on your system unless it is a mod system (modified). Look it up.
