Are you kidding me? I have two kids, ages 2.5 & 3.5...I would KILL for the chance to go ANYWHERE WITH ANYONE. Rain? I'd go if it were planning to rain NUCLEAR FALLOUT, dude. GO! GO! Tell them Trunks sent you....Lol

Rain isn't a reason to cancel plans, unless they are big time outdoors in a place that would close or have limited access to certain attractions (roller coasters, rides, etc) in the rain like an amusement park or a fair. There is no reason to skip out on anything because of rain. Of course, you didn't say where you were going, or if you were looking for a way out of it, or how much rain there is. Obviously, demonstrate a little bit of common sense, if there are road closures and flooding because of a lot of rain, or they have issued flash flood warnings and closed places due to rain, then don't go. If it's a normal rain storm, go, have fun, enjoy it.
