Well, first take off ur shoes, then walk slowly to the kitchen and open a bottle of sparkling white wine. Place ice cubes in an ice bucket then place wine in the bucket to cool. Then walk slowly to the bathroom and if you have a bath tub run some warm water to fill it. While filling the tub drop some lavender essential oil under the running water, only a few drops, no more. That will help you to relax. Then while the bath is running go put some soft relaxing music on. Then dim the lights and pour yourself a glass of wine then undress and slide into the lavender scented water. Soak for as long as you wish, then if you have someone to give you foot rub then that's a bonus, but if not then curl up with a good movie or book in bed and you should be good for the night.

I take a shower, then I eat and then I get into my chair and watch a TV program that is not stressful. Sometimes I may even drink a beer or two, but not often.

Being hungry is probably part of it. Make your self a reliable snack to consume, like yogurt with granola in it...or ask your friends or mothers and fathers for techniques what to make. Write down your issues and write one concept to sparkling up each. you will see that they are fewer than they look. or you ought to take a nap for awhile. Or placed on some music you like. or consistent with danger sign in for a clean pastime, consistent with danger something computing device-suitable? then you certainly won't sense such as you haven't any longer have been given any social skills :-) Even nerds get to have exciting!

I turn off the phone, exercise, pet the dogs, work in the yard, take a hot shower and read a mindless book.

I come home..take a long shower then kick back and get lost in a great movie. Then try to get a good nights sleep and go at it again the next day.

I usually meditate then relax in some bubble bath. I try not to think about what happend and why it did. Music helps me forget all my stressful **** that occured during the day.

That's why there is a thing called "Happy Hour", usually from 4 to 6 PM. Sometimes it lasts three hours for me !!!
