The most probable scenario is that you had saved your password on MSN when you used some other computer. There is only a small probability that your MSN password has been hacked. Somebody else has accessed your account from that computer and most likely has changed your password. This has nothing to do with viruses, trojans and cookies and your PC has not been hacked. What you can do is try a few times, if it works, change your password immediately. If not, click 'Forgot password' and follow instructions. When you get the password, log in and change it immediately. If this doesn't work, go to the online help on the MSN website, register a complaint and see what happens. There's nothing more you can do except maybe figure out where you used messenger and saved your password, and do some sleuthing...

Go to the part about forgot your password and enter the information that you provided like address and security question and you will be able to reset your password. Hurry before they change the information otherwise you will never get back in.
Complaining to MSN will do you no good unless this was a paid account, free accounts are sol. You can get back a paid account by calling them and giving your credit card information.

Keep trying, does the im have a main site that you can login such as yahoo web messenger. Cause if you can't login someone may have stolen your account. Sorry don't use msn anymore. Just keep trying to login. I know if you lose your account with yahoo you can go to the site and enter in some personal infomation and it will give it back to you. Good luck.
