For our second anniversary I gave my husband a photo album. It was already partially filled. I had put pictures of us, our kids, etc in it in chronological order. I explained that it was our personal story, in picture. It starts off with photos of each of us when we were much younger, and not seeing each other yet and progresses through us dating, our wedding, births of our kids, vacations we've taken together and so on. We also put ticket stubs from concerts and movies or whatever in it too, all in order. It's getting pretty full, and we'll need another one soon, but it was an awsome gift I think, and something that we add to and look through when we get the chance.

I made my fiance' a ceramic pipe. He smokes a pipe and didn't have any ceramic ones. So I made him a ceramic one that was both wheel and hand built. It's is made out of porcelain. The bowl is a cracked open egg and around the handle area is a dragon wrapping around coming out the the egg. I used a Ebony (blackish) glaze that I then wiped most of it off on the outside. It turned out being a very light greenish tent with dark black colouring in the cracks and cravings (where I didn't wipe off).
He won't use it though :(

We make quilts, we've made about 30 of them already. I rebuilt my basement for this craft, I design them and cut the material. My wife is good at sewing and picking/matching the colors. We work out great together.

I knitted Terry a Fishermans Cable sweater...................it turned out great but was so warm he used it more as a coat. Then that same year during trhe summer I made him a western dress shirt. His brother has it, swears its his that he bought it. lol All he has to do is look for the fact that theres no tags in it.

I made my first wife a wooden kitchen table. She hated it. I made my third wife wooden picture frames: She loved them. I only made my second wife crazy.
