I got a nano this christmas (yay!) and i need to figure out two things:

1. how do you import only certain songs from iTunes to your iPod without re-importing all of your songs? Or a better question for that- if you import the same song twice will it be doubled on your iPod or not?
2. Is it possible to delete a song from your iPod? if so, how???

1. you can choose "manually manage music" from the summary tab so you can just drag and drop which songs to load; yes you'll have both songs on your iPod if you imported twice -- to see duplicates click on menu View/Show Duplicates, and..

2. highlight unwanted songs in iTunes, and hit delete key.
