Maybe it was ’Lucy’, the one dug up by the Leakeys?

I guess after God cut out one of her ribs to create an Adam, he sent her on reconvalescence via spaceship. On this trip they had some technical problems (on account of the Big Bang) and got stranded in Africa.
Ask any one in Oklahoma or so. I’m sure they would back my story!

You are welcome!

Nobody had to discover it, since Africa is widely thought to be the "cradle of humanity" by most Anthropologists. Meaning that the very first human-like fossils from Homo Sapiens and homo erectus were found there. It is the place from which we evolved. Of course, this is all according to the theory or evolution, which is probably believed by about 80% of all scientists.

I'm not sure who discovered Africa; However, I think the Etymology suggests who discovered it. I think it might've been discovered by a Indo-European or a Greek. The word, "Aprica" is a Latin word meaning, "Sunny". The word, "Aphrike" is a Greek word that means, "Without cold and horror".

I think no one knows, since that's liable to pre-date the time humans bothered to keep record of such events.
