Well a compartment person.
1. It will take about $10,000.00 a person, five to six people and a nice building with several apartments. One for each person to live and play in.
Then a person who is an expert in accounting and keeping the bills paid. Another that is a computer expert soon to be big business game programmer. A advertisement specialist and at least ten sponsors.
A Internet Service Provider and all the Servers they have for the basement of the building. A tower broadcasting dish, wireless antenna, and $20,000.00 in profitable shelf equipment to make PC's, Laptops.
Two million people to pay a monthly fee to allow them to play games on the servers at the site.
You will need at least $10,000.00 for your share and if you can't get it right away you can borrow from your family.
Of course, first you better see if you can get 20 or more Sponsors to support your fame and glorious face on the posters outside.
OR,
2. Otherwise, it will be a long and arduous trip driving around on a old beat up bicycle with your PC or Laptop on the back with a external battery that will last ten hours, trying find wireless connections that are not password protected, and will not drop you in the middle of a game.
OR,
3. Call your local Internet Service Provider and pay a small monthly amount until you have saved the money to buy them out.

whether or not, you still need to get an internet connection. It is upto you to pay as you like. If you have a laptop, you can buy Verizon card too and then you can go anywhere with internet on your notebook. At home, you need a wireless router to connect to the Modem etc. and give you wireless facility.

Unless you live in a very few selected Cities in the US with test city-wide wireless, I am afraid you are going to just have to pay like the rest of us.
A few exceptions to the rule.
>>Some areas of some Cities have wireless connection zones where free wireless is available. You simply go their with your wireless capable laptop or PDA and web away.
>>Some people set up their wireless systems and never turn on any sort of firewall or security. If you live next door to them you can piggy back on their system until they shut it down or sue you . (Your computer will also generally be open to theirs if they know how do do it).
Sometimes coffee shops and such offer wireless service. If you live above one of them you are in luck. Free internet and you are ALLOWED to use it. (See.. God DOES have a sense of humor)
bottom line.. either go out for coffee and internet or pay the $15 a month for a DSL hookup and buy a wireless router for your home.
and Merry Christmas to you too...
