Finding and fulfilling a purpose. To know without any objection that you are loved unconditionally. The problem i see with "worldly" happiness is that its all temporary... we need a joy that lasts longer, something that no one can take away. Im reminded of the movie that had 2 soldiers about to be caught by the enemy. At that point they realized that freedom isnt free, because it was about to be taken from them. To whicht the other person replies "But you can still be free in your mind"
An everlasting happiness is truly found when you gaze up towards the heavens.

The small little things that happen daily - waking up to my favourite tune on the mobile, fine weather, the smiles and greetings as I walked into the office (and returning the same), my greetings to 'strangers' (my guests, I worked in a hotel) and receiving their responses, my work of the day etc. I've learnt enough that it's these small things that make or break our day, and it's entirely up to oneself to look at the positive side of things to make one happy. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

My happiest moments are when my son was born, when he graduated from high school and college and the day he makes me a grandma.

It is never one particular thing, never is, but the strongest of all, no matter how weak, is when I smile. A smile no matter how weak can ward off the tiniest bit of anger, and or depression.
