the only way to do it is a electronic transfer through your bank. Western union can only do up to $2,000.00 in any one transaction.Your problem though is that the bank has to notify the IRS of any such transfer of $10,000.00 and it will be subject to tax if it is being sent as a gift to the person receiving it, if it is being sent as a payment, you may have to verify the origin of the money and you may have to pay taxes on it.
