My brother died in 1999 4 days after Christmas. And there was something in the air this year. Everything just fell into place and for the first time since then I have felt like we're a family again (nothing has changed mind you its just a feeling in the air). So I would say I've had a great Christmas with my family.

We had a wonderful Xmas! It was only me my hubby and 16 year old son but it was sooooo wonderful! We spent the day playing the board games our son got for Xmas- Yahtzee turbo and uno attack. Before he got lost in his video game land that is! We had such an awesome time laughing and just being together! I hope next year will top all other Xmas's though- its the last one before our son leaves for college and its totally going to be a sad day! But I figure they get Christmas break- dont thery??????? Sure hope so!

yep, i got a great gift so i had a good Christmas.
However, for me, it's not as exciting as it used
to be. I guess because in my family, when you
get older, it's harder to find gifts so usually we
have to pick our own stuff out, or we just get
money, which i have no objection to.
But yea, my Christmas was pretty good.

other than making my mom cry today, i had a great Christmas...
was nice to spend time with hubby and the two of my children that live with me and we called my youngest one who lives with my ex....
long story about how i made my mom cry...but she was overemotional anyway.. it is her first Christmas without her Dad...and brother.. both passed away in November....
my hubby liked the present i got him.. a long sleeved Steelers t-shirt...... he is a loyal fan even though his team is sucking out loud this year.....

great Christmas; went to church to give thanks; spent time with family and friends; planted the seed for my adult children to go to Mass to give thanks and reflect; 2 of four went; getting there slowly; rekindled some romance; reconnected with some family; I would say that it was a great Christmas.
