I have only researched back to the civil war in America so far, starting there, Abraham Lincoln told, the south they could keep their slaves, that under the constitution they were legal, so doesn'tthat eliminate slavery as an Issue as to the civil war? but, since the south had started selling their cotton to France and England for $17 a bale and the northern Jewish owned textile manufactures only wanted to pay $3 a bale, so they complained so much to congress and the President that the U,S, NAVY blocked all ships from entering or leaving southern ports to force the south to sell to the north,that is when they fired on fort Sumpter, starting the civil war,
under the U,S, constitution each state is a independant country, entitled to make its own laws and to enforce them, whereas the fed, gov only has jurisdiction over 3 things 1 "espeonage, 2 counterfieting, 3, interstate commerce, and by reading the letters of intent, interstate would prevent one state from charging another tarrifffs, restricting shipment of goods into or out or thru their respective states, or hindering or restricting business between any other state "country" Therefore Lincoln violated our constitution by invading , restricting and southern states from shippin their cotton to other country's for a better price, he set the precedent for future violations but, few wer committed until the KENNEDY'S came into power, then they used the inerstate clause by reinterpreting it to gain jurisdiction over almost every aspect of our lives, for example , the way the supreme court redid the commerce clause is if something crossed a state line then the gov, has jurisdiction, in other words if a kid breaks into a candy machne , he can be charged for a federal crime either a part of that machine or the candy or? crossed state lines?? how ridiculous ? yet the people let it go with out one word, so we have lost so much of our freedom , with that one simple rule, why????
