If you have a site you are going to buy from, I always check "promotional codes" or "coupon codes" in a search engine. I have saves lots doing this. There are a lot of places out there for these codes. For a rebate though, I am sorry, but you will have to download them. Rebates are usually sent in, which means downloading and printing them, or getting them from a store.

Well, if you haven't bought anything yet you can go to a store called NiceDealz www.nicedealz.com. They have discount prices for those type of items. If you don't find what you want you can go to their rebate site RebateDealz and get a rebate for buying any item from their listed sites. There is a tab for RebateDealz on the NiceDealz site. That will give you a link to the site. You just sign up for free and shop from there. For example, you can go to the RebateDealz store and then sign in and link to say BestBuy.com or whatever. Then when you purchase from BestBuy.com your rebate is put into your RebateDealz account. You can then use it for other purchases or have them cut you a check. I use this ALL the time. They also have coupon codes and other offers too. Good Luck!
