how can i get da restrication code for my nokia phone?

hi i m tryin to switch my phone wid my friend`s. he has cingular and i have t-mobile. but when i put my simcard in his phone it asks me for restricated code. is der a trick getting dat number by imei???

You need to get your phones unlock, you can usually do that by calling your phone company and requesting an unlock code. Good luck.
