I recently recieved a motorola V3 phone. I keep getting blank text messages from the number 4690. I was going to call customer support, but it's a holiday so nobody's working. The texts are really aggravating, so...any idea how to make it stop?

It's not a person, so it won't reply. And my phone doesn't allow me to block numbers without calling customer service, which I can't because they're closed.

the number 4690 is a number for the customer support team they have been sending you texts probably welcoming you but have appeared blank i have a motorola v360 contract phone and im always getting blank texts from that number phone customer services when they open and tell them what network is your phone with?

it's probably somethin' tht has 2 do wit the wohle fact tht it's new, so let it keep doing it, but if it really bothers u, block it on ur phone, by going to adress (or contacts.) and when u c "4690" as a contact, either delete it, or just block it.
