Why would you want one? As a writer you should have enough ideas busting to get out as to not need any help, if you're talking about collaboration, it isn't for every writer. One ego is enough, lol

If you are looking for someone you can meet with- in the flesh- I suppose you could advertise at your local university and community colleges.

Check if a local community college or a local high school to see if they offer writing classes.
