Tupac was a true lyricist. Biggie had skills but you can't compare the two. Tupac hit you with some deep ****.

Topac was a gifted soul that got caught up in the Hood Scene. Biggie was a thug that could rap. Guess thats why I have like 5 Biggie songs and have all 26 Topac cd's on my pc

Tupac hands down. He was always a good poet. He had the opportunity to go to any college he wanted on a poetry scholarship but chose them streets instead. Regardless of what decisions he made for himself he will and always will be the best rapper/lyricist of his generation. RIP tupac.

B.I.G., most def. He was a story teller in all of his rhymes. Let's examine "Brooklyn's Finest"
.. hit ya, back split ya
F*ck fist fights and lame scuffles
Pillow case to your face, make the shell muffle
Shoot your daughter in the calf muscle
F*ck a tussle, nickel-plated
Sprinkle coke on the floor, make it drug related
Most hate it..
'nuff said.
