I normally get 7.5 hours of sleep per day with more when I am sick and less during the summer. During the Winter I work less and I can't afford to do much, so sleeping is a cheap hobby plus I am skate skiing daily which takes a lot out of me. For the next 90 days I won't be doing much else, eat, sleep, ski and work. After today's feedbag I will reduce my calorie intake. My goal is to remain in top shape for at least another decade.

Typically 6 hours. It doesn't matter when I go to bed, I wake up 6 hours later. Per my doctor, my body apparently only needs 6 hours, since I feel rested and am doing fine, and I don't need an alarm clock.
(*sigh*) I miss sleeping 8-9 hours though.

4.5 - 5 hours a night. I'm up at 5 am to head off to work. And by the time the kids are in bed at night it's time to start cleaning up the days mess. Maybe a few minutes of tv or time with hubby, off to bed between 11:30 and 12:30. I know it's really not enough sleep, but you do get used to it.

I could sleep 10 hours every night if it was up to me...
Since that's not possible, usually 7 or 8.
But i have a tendency to oversleep on the days that i don't have to work and then get that weird hangover-like headache...

I usually get more than 8 hours of sleep because a teenager needs tons of sleep. Happy Holidays!! :)
