Can You Reheat Breast Milk After Heating It Up Once Already?

You are not supposed to, it should be discarded after the first go around. Each time you do this the bacteria count rises and some of the quality is lost.

I always did. My kids never got sick from reheated breast milk. Although I always put the milk back in the frig right after the child was done. I never reheated the milk more than one time after the first use.

Yes as long as the milk is still good and hasn't been sitting out over an hour.
