My mp3 player (Coby Digital) doesn't need any special software. Just plug the mp3 player into the computer, find the folder where it's files are located (like a special drive where you can acces files from whatever is plugged into the USB port), and copy and paste the files there to a folder in the computer. Merry Christmas!
