For a 200amp meter (with 200amp service and 200amp main breaker panel) you will use 2/0 (pronounced "two aught ")aluminum SEU (service entrance cable). A 100amp meter and service will use a 4/0 SEU cable. If you're feeding from a shut off switch to the panel inside, you are supposed to use a four conductor wire (SER) instead of a three conductor wire(SEU).

For residential only 200 A the correct size is 2/0 copper NOT aluminum.

If using aluminum the correct size for residential construction is 4/0!

For 100 A residential construction the correct size copper is #4 and the correct residential construction size for aluminum is #2.

Note that if this is not a dwelling, not single phase, not 120/240 V 3 wire service then you must use larger sizes... namely 3/0 copper or 250 kcmil aluminum for 200A

For 100 A and not meeting the above requirements you must use #3 copper or #1 aluminum.

It sounds as though you may need an electrician. You have a three meter socket? Is you main service in place? This is work you should not be attempting on your own. At least find an electrician to look it over and tell you how to do it. Call your local town, village or whatever and speak to the electrical inspector. Hope this helps.
