When I was younger, I had recurring nightmares, but they went away after a while. But ever since my brother was born (He was born in 2004) I've had terrible nightmares. The scariest dream I had was my having this huge party, and once everyone was gone, I couldn't find my brother. We looked for him everywhere, and I went outside to tlook for him. I saw a friend of mine holding a baseball bat. I looked at him, and he was smiling like crazy. I turned around, and I saw my brother dead. My friend had killed my brother, and then I woke up.
About a week later, my friend was found dead.
I've been having dreams like these over the last three weeks. ONe was that my brother died from a virus my cousin had given him, one where I killed my father, and another where I was seperated from my family for 5 years, and when I finally saw them again, I was killed.
I usally don't get scared by these kinds of things, but I'm just getting this terrible feeling. Anyone have any advice?

Dream interpretations of :

Dead
To see the dead in your dream, forewarns that you are being influenced by negative people and are hanging around the wrong crowd. You may suffer material loss. This dream may also be a way for you to resolve your feelings with those who have passed on. If you dream of a person who has died a long time ago, then it suggests that a current situation or relationship in you life resembles the quality of that deceased person. The dream may depict how you need to let this situation or relationship die and end it. To see and talk with your dead parents in your dreams, represents your fears of losing them or your way of coping with the loss. You may want that last opportunity to say your final good-byes to them. To see your dead sibling, relative, or friend alive in your dream, indicates that you miss them and are trying to relive your old experiences you had with them. In trying to keep up with the pace of your daily waking life, you dreams may serve as your only outlet in coping and coming to terms with the loss of a loved one.

Death
To dream about the death of a loved one, suggests that you are lacking a certain aspect or quality that the loved one embodies. Ask yourself what makes this person special or what do you like about him. It is that very quality that you are lacking in your own relationship or circumstances. Alternatively, it indicates that whatever that person represents has no part in your own life. To dream of your own death, indicates a transitional phase in your life. You are becoming more enlightened or spiritual. Alternatively, you are trying desperately to escape the demands of your daily life.

Killer
To see a killer in your dream, suggests that an essential aspect of your emotions have been cut off. You feel that you are losing your identity and your individuality. Alternatively, this dream may represent purification and the healing process. You are standing up for yourself and putting a dramatic end to something.

Murder
To dream that you witness a murder, indicates deep-seated anger towards somebody. Consider how the victim represents aspects of yourself that you want to destroy or eliminate.

Brother
To see your brother in your dream, may symbolize some aspect of your relationship with him. It can also serve to remind you that someone in your waking life has certain characteristics/behavior similar to your brother's. If you do not have a brother and dream that you have one, then he may symbolize characteristics that you need to acknowledge within yourself. The brother in your dream can also be synonymous with a close friend or buddy. Brother also has religious implications and thus represents spiritual issues. Consider also the familiar phrase "big brother is watching you" which indicate that your dream has to deal with issues of authority and oppression.

I hope you can find away to work out what is bothering your subconscious mind from the meanings I have listed above.

I have had disturbing dreams before such as the ones you have explained. These dreams could have been caused by a terrible experience you have had or something between your family which needs to be resolved. You need to try and decide if you can solve this yourself or if you need to talk to a trained specialist such as a hypnotist. If there are issues between your family or friends you must try and resolve them. Maybe talking to your family members and friends will help these nightmares to reside.
