Help me find the name of the song (morning+dawning)?

Hi,
sorry for this I dont know the name of it, but it's an English song, posibly by two voices, a man and a woman, at a moment I think he says smth like:

-"when the morning's dawning.."
- and than she says smth
-again he..

It's not a new song, not rock or anything disco but the melody looks like a song for children, open hearts and brings joy.

If you remember lyrics, please say any lyrics so I could find it.
