Leggings are starting to loose it.
Stores like Abercrombie are putting their sweaters on sale for spring and getting ready for the spring waredrobe.

My guess is an 80's revival...ick. I have been in the 80's once, don't care to be there again.

girls wearing tights/panyhose only on their bottom half
- no skirts, shorts or trousers
its like wearing footed leggings
it should be very big
