I am FINALLY an Empty-Nesting Single Retiree .. and I can definitely assure anyone that COMFORT is the Key Word for ME!

Political correctness has to be borne in mind so as not to offend the type of **** people dress up as.
Also, too great a risk of being arrested by the fancy dress police, easy pickings instead of catching murderers, rapists etc

My friends and I are going to our local pub (the Claro Beagle in Harrogate) dressed as the characters from the Wizard of Oz.

I plan to usher the new year in watching all of the films of Laurel and Hardy! Can you think of anything easier to bear? I may also eat a piece of apple pie, warmed up, with some vanilla ice cream to get myself in the right frame of mind to graduate...

Maybe because they don't want to upsetting the politically correct brigade. I used to go as an arab and had a few people spit on me last year. I'm going as an ape this year and really stir them up.

We american and especially women have lost that spark and therefore do not dress outstanding anymore,,,As men have lost the class to tell us how beautiful we look.
