God knows that you may not know his language so he made you ask this question to us. Now, I will say the same thing that god would tell you. And that is that he cares about you a great deal my child.

If you sincerely ask God this same question in a private setting, so Satan can't hear you and give you a counterfeit answer, God will answer it for you for the rest of your life. Sooner or later, one or two of the answers He gives you will sink in and then you'll just know that God cares deeply for you.

he just does not matter wht happens theres a reason no matter how bad it is even if it seems like the world is crashin down it may be somethin tht needed to be done for someone else cuz not everything bad tht happens to you is directed to hurt u no matter wht he always cares for you

You have to have faith and pray. God loves and cares for you. Pray and get close and you can feel him.

If you think deeply and be true to him and be able to know you would die for him then he loves you when you say it and mean it he will love you even if it seems he doesnt
