Anyone CAN sing, whether you can sing well enough that anyone else wants to hear you is another story. Try going to a karaoke bar first. If nobody throws a beer at you then you might have a chance. Your odds of being a star improve at Karaoke night if you're showing some cleavage.

WHY NOT YOU COULD DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO DO,NO DREAMS YOU DIE.SO DO LIKE ME I WAS NEVER A SINGER,BUT NOW I HAVE LEARN TO SING.CAUSE I HAD A TEACHER THAT I PAY TO TELL ME MY MISTAKES.DON'T FORGET WHEN YOU SING WHO HAVE TO USE YOUR DIAPHRAGM.ONES YOU LEARN YOU HAVE TO ALL WAYS TRAIN YOUR VOICE EVERY DAY 1 HOUR A DAY AND BEFORE THAT YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR VOCAL FIRST FOR ABOUT 3TO8MINUTE THAT DOING EXERCISES WITH YOUR VOICE,CAUSE THIS WILL HELP YOU FOR SINGING,TRAIN EVERY DAY.NOW I SING NOT LIKE CELINE DION OR ELVES PRESLEY,BUT IN MY VOICE.PEOPLE SAY THAT I SING GOOD,TO BE REALIST WELL I THINK AM NOT TO BAD BUT DON'T WANT TO BE A STAR,I SING WITH MY KARAOKE THAT I HAD FOR CHRISTMAS PRESENT THIS YEAR.HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ALL THE BEST. Sure you can. Everybody can sing. It's just some people cant sing worth crap.
If you are Kiki Palmer, yeah you can sing.(good, not worth crap)
but ya, everybody can sing, it just depends on how you sound....
