Take said Bronco II to your local junk yard and hope they give you $100 for it to take it off your hands. Believe me, it's going to start nickle and diming you to death here pretty quick.

No, it is NOT hard. Remove the p/window button, small screwdriver will pry it out. Remove arm rest, two #2 Phillips head screws from lower side of rest. Carefully pry panel clips out of door inner side, use the cute little door panel tool if you have one.
Ohhhh! NO, the Hard part? you'll see two to three dimples in the sheet metal that is right over the P/W motor, drill holes at each, approx 1/2in in DOA. Disconnect the connector from the motor, it has a clip you have to pry up,watch the sheet metal, can be sharp. That 5/16" or 8mm socket on a 6-8" extension and remove the three screws holding the motor.Support the window by taping it to the top of window frame of the door first. Remove motor from door , install in reverse order. Little trick, if the gears on the motor don't engage with the window gear , turn the key to "on" position and tap, repeat TAP, the window button till the gears align. Tip #2, use dumb-dumb to hold screws in socket. Now, wasn't that hard? NO, NO, NO! Window regulator does NOT have to come out. GM's yes, Fords NO!

do you know how to work on the vehicle ????
Is my first question . If you answer yes then it's not that bad
remove the door panel . ps watch out for screws in door handle or door light . gentle pull with hand or door panel tool at the bottom
of door panel . once you removed the door panel there is a large
plastic cover on door inside gentle remove the plastic .you will need to put it back on later . once removed unplug window motor . ps by now the door panel is hanging . the window switch . unplug that two put door panel in back seat
you need room to work you should see rivets holding the window
regulator . use a hammer to push the center part of rivet out .
then take drill the rivet heads off .once you do that the window regulator Assembly should be loose .careful remove window off the track remove window motor and regulator out of the car
switch the motor from old to new be careful removing the motor
ps you should see a hole Thur window regulator place a screw driver in there . so we have no surprises .
once the new motor is secured on to the regulator remove the screw driver .
put regulator back in PS this what I did on my truck slightly drill rivets holes open to put 6mm stubby bolts in and lock washer and nuts .from here on out you go backwards as before .
ps take your time and be safe.
