and I want to make an order online, the total is $25, but you can't use two gift cards on one order. Is there a way that you can transfer the balance of one card to another, or buy a new gift card with the two I have?

According to their Online Help Desk,
it doesn't appear that you can do that.

Why not just try to purchase a $40 gift card with your 2 gift cards and see what happens. If it doesn't go through, you haven't lost anything.

If you cannot combine the two gift cards a.k.a. have a 40$ gift card, why not splitting your order in half instead of buying everything at one time? ;]
