I only complain if their using the cphone is keeping them from driving like they got some sense. If you cant talk and drive at the same time then you shouldnt be using the phone or pull over until the call is over

I do it too, when absolutely necessary. But I have to be extra careful both with my driving and at the same time, not to be caught by the law. The penalty is big over here, something I can't really afford. No, I don't complain unless the phone user lost control of his car and hit mine.
