OK,
i got a lava lamp for christmas right? well i asked santa to bring me a genie in a lava lamp. i rubed it and no genie. i rubed it close to my family though. what should i do to get the genie, if there is one?

Pray to the Genie gods, spin in circles 5 times, close your eyes, and do 5 hits of blotter acid.

I am sure he will be there in the up coming New Year! Oh if you think about it and he has an extra friend who is a nice hunk of a male genie would you please have your genie send him my way as i need a really good happy and lucky year in 2007 since 2006 was so rough on me! I might keep him for a long time-maybe. Hope you see your genie soon. Just don't get surprised and scream or anything! Go easy on the wishes! Happy New Year!

Most genies that reside in lava lamps are what are known as uringenies. What you are going to want to do to get the genie to come out is place the lamp on the ground and urinate on it.

My advice would be 'don't'. Genies are an aspect of magick that's best left untouched unless you know what you are doing with it and are VERY confident.
