So first of all you need some uniform accssories. Find them in a uniform or costume shop in your aera or go to pages of party or costume outfit in the Internet like http://www.zoogstercostumes.com/landing/sailor.php or
http://www.3wishes.com (then go to the costume and search for example for sailor or marine).
But wear a male marine officier or shipmaster hut. I makes you more sexy than a simple sailor cap. By the way do you need a shipboy captain marie?
I saw the photo of Christina Aquilera with the sailor outfit. I looked it up after reading your question. I imagine that would look to you great. But you dont have to wear exactly the same. It has to fit to you.
I like the idea of you in a sailor dress. But i am little afraid of you looking to sexy to other boys (joke).
