if you're feeling creative just pick a picture from the clipart and cut and paste into paint. play around with it, clean it up, make it your own and the cut and paste back into a word/works document and there you go stationary.

If you are using Microsoft, go to the tool bar at the top of the page and select format. You will see font and background selections. Go to background and you will see color and texture. Select a texture. You can also download stationary from various places on the web. Places that offer free clip art, backgrounds and stationary.

Search for 'Free Letter writing pads' and you can have plenty of them. You can also find some templates in MS Word, PowerPoint etc.
The best thing would be buying some from reputed stationary shop.

any store really like walmart or hobby lobby or even the dolllar store has stationary packs :)
