What can I do to prevent unauthorized access to my p.c.?
I have installed a software that has detected unkown i.p's. and I have had my credit card used, so I know that they can see my screen and got my credit card number.I had Trend Micro, and that is what detected the intrusions, but it failed to BLOCK the remote viewing.
Help!

My advice is to scrap the crappy trend micro and get something like Kaspersky Anti-Virus

Well if I were you I would get a firewall like Zonelabs that would be a good start and as far as your credit card some of the credit card companies are doing new things to help you out on the web when your buying things so I would check with them and see if they can help you out

Reinstall internet explorer, its one of the updates on microsoft.com, get a good antivirus program like Spy Sweeper, or Norton Antivirus. This should stop the problem. Hope this helps, Brodster
