Usually we have had quite a bit of snow by now. For the past couple of years that I have lived here it has been a question of whether we'd get ~fresh~ snow for Christmas or just have the stuff that's already been played it. But today it was partly cloudy and we got to a high of around 50F, and no precipitation at all. Today has been quite fun and I'm glad about that, but I really wish that we had snow!!!

the last time i had enough snow to make a snow man was 1973. any other time it was just a dusting,we did try and ended up with black snow men covered with brown grass.

Lucky you. I don't like the messy stuff. But daughter would love to see it snow. She doesn't understand the cleanup the comes afterwards.

I live in Indiana. We are supposed to get an inch (a whole inch!!) of snow tonight.
