start by being friendly to people. if you want guys to see you as sexy you have to be confident. when you're talking to someone you like try to find things that you have in common and being funny always helps. talking too much is definately a turn off, so instead just put a lot of thought into what you do say. use your quietness to create some mystery about yourself, that way people will want to know more. once you become comfortable flirting it just happens naturally. i hope this helps. Girl let me tell you, every sexy diva must own a pair of stillettos, If you want to be a diva just keep an sarcastic answer to every question and always be dress to kill.
